Jñāna Yogam
Jñāna, Knowledge is to see no difference in all beings, objects and Yoga is to see the Self abiding in all beings and all beings in the Self; That is Jñāna-Yoga. Jñāna-Yoga is the core message of Vedas, Upaniṣads, Bhagavad Gīta, Vaḷḷuva Gītā (Tirukkuraḷ). Following two beautiful verses from Bhagavad Gītā highlights both Jñāna and Yoga, essentially one and the same hence Jñāna-Yoga. The result of Jñāna-Yoga is om tatsat. tat tvam eva tvam eva tat, That thou art; Thou art That.
