Lord Buddha in Dhammapada says, by having restraint in faculty of senses one is free from all sorrow. Further Buddha says one should achieve so many good works as many kinds of garlands can be made from a heap of flowers. By knowing these beautiful verses in prākṛt one can enjoy the Universal Vision of our Gurus. Let's follow their Universal Teachings.

sādhu sotena saṁvaro .
ghāṇena saṁvaro sādhu,
sādhu jivhāya saṁvaro .. — 360
360. Restraint in the eye is good; good is restraint in the ear; in the nose restraint is good; good is restraint in the tongue.
kāyena saṁvaro sādhu,
sādhu vācāya saṁvaro .
